How much water to drink per day weight loss?

My cousin lost a lot of weight and swears it was because she started drinking a lot more water. I'm also trying to shed some kilos. How much water per day is actually good for weight loss goals?

For weight loss, child, focus on purity from within. Drink water with gratitude, it cleanses the body and mind. A disciplined approach to hydration, coupled with mindful eating, brings peace and health. Be positive, the body listens.

I lost quite a bit of weight last year, and consistently drinking water was a huge part of it. I aimed for 3-4 liters a day. It helped me feel full between meals, curbed my cravings for sugary drinks, and just made me feel more energetic overall. It's a game-changer, honestly.

When my teenager was struggling with weight, the doctor stressed about drinking plain water instead of juices or sodas. We bought a big water bottle for him and he carries it everywhere. It makes a big difference in controlling calorie intake and feeling satisfied. Very practical tip.

I'm not a doctor, so I can only share what worked for me. When I was trying to lose weight, I started drinking a large glass of water before every meal. It definitely helped me eat less. And I tried to avoid all packaged drinks, only plain water.

While increased water intake is generally recommended for weight loss, the exact amount can vary. It's always safest to consult with a doctor or a registered dietitian. They can consider your overall health, activity levels, and specific goals to give you personalized guidance.

Haan, weight loss mein paani bahut madad karta hai. Mere gym trainer ne bhi bola tha 3-4 liter toh minimum piyo. Pet bhara bhara lagta hai aur snacks ki craving bhi kam hoti hai, na. Garmi mein toh aur bhi zyada.

Please don't just blindly follow advice, especially if you have underlying health conditions. While water is good, for proper weight loss, a holistic approach is needed. I ignored my symptoms once, and it led to more issues. Get a proper checkup and tailored advice from a professional.
