How much turmeric for weight loss?

Someone at the gym told me that turmeric can help with weight loss. I've started adding it to my evening tea, but I'm not sure how much I should be taking to actually see any results. Is there a recommended amount for this purpose?

I tried adding turmeric to my diet when I was focusing on weight loss. I would put about half a teaspoon in my morning warm water or haldi doodh. Honestly, it's more for anti-inflammation and general health than direct weight loss. My actual weight loss came from consistent diet changes and exercise. Don't expect miracles from just turmeric.

For weight loss, turmeric is good for boosting metabolism and reducing inflammation, but it's not a standalone solution. I'd suggest a pinch in your haldi doodh daily, or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in your curries. Combine this with healthy home-cooked food and regular walks. If you have any health issues making weight loss difficult, then definitely see a doctor.

Dekho, haldi bahut acchi cheez hai, healthy hai. Lekin weight loss ke liye sirf haldi se kuch nahi hoga. Tum 1/2 teaspoon daily food mein le sakte ho, ya haldi doodh mein. But asli kaam toh diet control aur exercise se hi hoga. Shortcut mat dhoondo.

Turmeric can support a healthy body, which indirectly aids weight management through its anti-inflammatory properties. Using about half a teaspoon in your daily cooking or a warm glass of milk can be beneficial. But remember, conscious eating and regular movement, like yoga or walking, are the foundational pillars for sustainable weight loss. Turmeric is a supportive friend, not the sole solution.

For weight loss, turmeric is more of an indirect aid than a primary solution. Its anti-inflammatory properties can be beneficial. Typically, about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric in your daily diet (like in cooking or haldi doodh) is safe and can offer general health benefits. Don't expect significant weight loss from just this, it needs to be part of a balanced diet and exercise routine.
