Don't just blindly follow some random number you see online for walking. What works for one person might not work for you. It depends on your current fitness level, diet, and overall health. Best to consult a doctor or a certified nutritionist/trainer who can give personalized advice.

For weight loss, simply walking is good but needs to be consistent. My son, after gaining some weight, started with 30-45 minutes daily, brisk walking. It's important to combine it with portion control, especially at dinner. Don't expect magic overnight, consistency is key, just like with kids' homework!

Oh, this question always gets me thinking! I constantly worry if I'm walking enough or too much. I've read 10,000 steps, then 7,000. It's confusing! I try for at least 30-45 mins of brisk walking daily, along with watching my diet. It feels like a constant calculation. But start slow and build up, don't overwhelm yourself.

For weight loss, aim for at least 45-60 minutes of brisk walking most days of the week. This usually translates to around 5,000-8,000 steps, depending on your pace. Combine this with a calorie-controlled diet for effective results. Consistency is more important than extreme efforts for a few days.

Walking is a very natural way to help with weight loss! Try to get at least 30-45 minutes of brisk walking every day. It's important to also look at your diet, maybe cut down on fried foods and sweets. If you have any underlying health issues, always best to check with a doctor before starting any new routine.

Honestly, for weight loss just walking, like 45 mins to an hour daily, makes a difference but you have to watch what you eat too. Like, you can't walk for an hour and then eat a whole pizza, na? I try to hit 8k steps but sometimes hostel food makes it hard haha.

I recently lost 8 kg by focusing on walking! I started with 30 mins brisk walking, then slowly increased to 60-75 mins, almost 7000-8000 steps daily. But the biggest change was my diet, cutting down on sugar and processed foods. Consistency is key, and don't forget your water intake!
