How much protein should pcos women eat?

Hi, I recently got diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor said I need to focus on my diet. Someone told me protein is very important for PCOS, but I'm confused about the quantity. Can someone guide me on how much protein I should be eating daily?

Treating PCOS requires a peaceful mind and nourishing meals. Focus on pure, natural proteins like sprouted moong and seeds that keep your body in balance. Stay positive, take care of your sleep, and trust your body's power to heal.

Yes, getting enough protein is super important for PCOS to manage insulin spikes. Usually around 1.2g per kg works really well.

Actually, yaar, managing PCOS is so tricky because of the insulin resistance. I found that eating around 75g of protein daily really helped curb my sugar cravings. Just make sure to get it from clean sources like eggs, tofu, or sattu.

Between managing my baby's sleep and my own PCOS, I have no energy to count protein macros. I just eat paneer or eggs whenever I can find 5 minutes to breathe. Honestly, just try to have some protein in every meal and don't stress too much!

I have been managing PCOS for 8 years and balancing my protein was a game changer for my cycles. Aim for about 1.2 to 1.5 grams of protein per kg of ideal body weight. Always pair your carbs with a good protein source to keep your insulin levels stable throughout the day.
