How much mct oil per day for weight loss?

I've started incorporating MCT oil into my diet for weight management. What's the usual amount of MCT oil per day for weight loss that people consume?

I use about 1 teaspoon of MCT oil in my morning green tea to stop me from snacking on biscuits. It really helps control my oily food cravings, but don't go beyond 1 tablespoon or you will have a very upset tummy.

Start with 1 teaspoon (about 5ml) of MCT oil daily to assess your tolerance. You can gradually move to 1 tablespoon if it suits you, but remember it still has calories that you need to track in your daily fitness plan.

I am reading up on this too because everyone on Instagram is putting it in their coffee. It seems most health blogs recommend starting really slow, like 5ml a day, to avoid stomach cramps.

Hey, don't stress too much about these exact measurements and quick fixes. If you really want to try MCT oil, just add a tiny drop to your salad or coffee and see if you even like the taste first!

Bro, start with half a teaspoon. I took a full tablespoon on day one because I thought more oil equals fast weight loss, and my stomach was completely wrecked. Slow and steady is the only way with MCT.

Please be careful with adding concentrated fats like MCT oil to your diet without knowing your internal health. I ignored a minor stomach ache while doing a trend diet and ended up with severe gallstone issues; get a routine checkup done first.

Agree with starting small. 5ml per day is the safest dose to check if it suits your digestive system.
