How much k2 for weight loss?
I've been reading online about different vitamins for weight loss, and some articles mentioned Vitamin K2. I'm wondering, how much K2 should someone take if they're looking to lose weight? Is there a recommended dosage?

Vitamin K2 alone won't really melt fat or make you lose weight, despite what online ads claim. It is good for bone health and calcium absorption. Instead of buying expensive K2 supplements, just focus on basic calorie cutting and daily walking, it works much better for our budget.
Haan na, there is no magic pill for weight loss. Vitamin K2 is mostly for bones, it doesn't directly reduce weight. It is better to eat balanced home food and ask a doctor before starting any heavy vitamin doses.
According to the studies I logged on my fitness app, K2 is usually taken around 90-120 mcg daily for general bone health, but there is no proven direct link to weight loss. You're better off tracking your daily protein intake and steps if weight loss is your main goal.
I take about 100 mcg of Vitamin K2 daily alongside my Vitamin D3, but that's purely because my doctor prescribed it for bone density. Personally, I haven't noticed any change in my weight or fat percentage from taking it.

My daughter tried various vitamin supplements hoping they would help with her weight management. Honestly, none of these vitamins like K2 made any difference to her weight. Only a structured diet plan from a certified dietitian actually helped her lose weight safely.
