Don't get caught up in all the internet fads about specific nutrients for weight loss. While fiber is important, it's about your overall diet and lifestyle. Get proper advice from a qualified doctor or dietitian, not just some random forum post. Your health is not a game.

Oh, weight loss! That's a journey I've been on since my 30s. Fiber does help, makes you feel full, right? I try to add more carrots and cucumber to my meals. If only I could stick to it every day, haan. Sab mushkil hai.

I've been there! For weight loss, I found aiming for 30g of fiber was a good target. Don't go for supplements unless recommended. Just add a lot of whole fruits, salads, sprouts, and multi-grain rotis. It's sustainable and keeps you full, trust me.

Generally, for adults, the recommendation is around 25-35 grams of fiber per day. It aids in satiety and digestion, which indirectly helps with weight management. However, for a tailored weight loss plan, consulting a registered dietitian is always the most effective approach.

Hey! Don't stress too much about exact numbers. Just try to eat more sabzi, dal, and fruits throughout the day. Like, add a small salad with lunch and dinner, snack on an apple. Small changes add up! You got this!
