How much fiber daily for weight loss?

My nutritionist told me to eat more fiber for my weight management goals. Could you tell me how much fiber is good to have daily for weight loss?

Oh god, I stress about this so much! Is it enough? Is it too much? I try to aim for 25-30 grams, but sometimes I feel bloated. I think it's important to increase it slowly, right? What are your easy ways to get fiber in?

Fiber for weight loss? My weight loss journey feels more like a slow crawl! But yes, doctors generally say around 25-30 grams. Honestly, just try to eat more sabzi and dal, that's what I tell myself. Less biryani, more beans, haan.

See, you can get fiber cheaply from local vegetables and fruits. No need for fancy supplements initially. Focus on eating more dal, sprouts, green leafy veggies. If you're really serious, maybe consult a local dietician, it's not that expensive for an initial consultation, better than spending on useless powders.

My dietician told me to aim for 30g of fiber daily. I mostly get it from whole grains like jowar roti, lots of salads, and fruits. It really helps me stay full and avoids cravings. It's made a big difference in my digestion too.

Don't just randomly increase fiber or anything without checking with a professional. I once tried a diet plan I found online and ended up with stomach issues. It's always best to get personalized advice from a dietitian. They can tell you exactly what your body needs.

Be careful with figures you see online. Everyone's body and metabolism are different. What works for one might not work for another, or worse, might cause issues. Always consult a proper nutritionist or a doctor for a diet plan specifically for you. Don't just blindly follow internet trends.
