Fiber is good for sure, but for weight loss, it's not just about one nutrient. A holistic approach with proper diet and exercise plan is crucial. It's always best to consult a dietitian or doctor to get a personalized recommendation based on your health.

Haan, fiber bahut important hai weight loss ke liye! Generally, 25-30 grams bolte hain adults ke liye. Daal, sabzi, whole grains khub khao. Magar ekdum se increase mat karna na, pet kharab ho jayega. Dheere dheere badhao.

Dude, I just try to sneak in more rajma and oats whenever I can, lol. My fitness influencer says around 30g is ideal but depends on your diet plan. Just avoid sugary stuff and you'll probably get decent fiber from proper meals.

Beta, pet saaf rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Fiber uske liye accha hai. Roti mein chokar mat nikalo, sabziyon ko chhilke ke saath banao. Phal bhi khao. Humare zamane mein toh sab ghar ka khana hi khaate the, sehat bhi acchi rehti thi. Thoda thoda sab kuch lo.

With PCOS, weight management is a big challenge, and fiber definitely helps. I try to get soluble and insoluble fiber from fruits, veggies, and millets. It really helps with satiety and digestion. Everyone's body is different, so start slow and see what works for you.

It's tough when you're trying to figure out all these numbers for weight loss, I know the feeling. Focusing on getting enough fiber made a big difference for me, not just for weight but for overall gut health. Don't stress too much, just try to add more natural sources.

As a diabetic, fiber is very important for managing blood sugar too, not just weight. I aim for about 25-30g daily through vegetables, whole grains like ragi, and pulses. It helps me feel full longer and prevents sugar spikes. But always check with your doctor or a dietician for precise amounts, especially if you have other health conditions.

I've been reading up on this too! Most sources suggest around 25-35 grams a day for adults. It helps you feel full, so you eat less. But yeah, increasing it too fast can cause bloating, so gradual is key.

Ho na, fiber is like magic for weight loss! Generally, 25-30g is recommended for women. I try to eat more salad and fruits with skin. It keeps your tummy full for longer, na, so you don't feel like snacking unnecessarily. Just simple changes work.
