How much does walking help with weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some extra kilos but don't have time for a full gym routine. My friends suggested just walking more. How much does walking actually help with weight loss if done regularly?

Oh, I've been there, feeling like nothing works. Walking *does* help, truly. It might not be as dramatic as intense gym, but it's consistent and builds momentum. It helped me feel better mentally too, which is a huge part of the journey.

Haan, walking toh bahut important hai. Especially if you can do it daily, subah ya shaam. It helps increase your daily calorie burn and boosts metabolism. But haan, don't forget your diet, na. Both together give good results.

Walking is fantastic! It's low-impact, accessible for most, and consistently burns calories. For sustainable weight loss, aim for at least 30-45 minutes brisk walking daily. It also reduces stress, which often contributes to weight gain. Think of it as a foundation for your health journey.

Yeah, I've been reading up on this too! From what I found, walking burns calories and can definitely contribute to a deficit, especially if you do it regularly and increase intensity. It’s a good low-impact start for sure.

Walking is very effective, especially if you make it brisk. I started with just 30 mins a day and then increased it. It really helps with digestion and metabolism too, which are big for weight loss. Pair it with drinking lots of water and cutting sugar from ghar pe chai.

Walking is excellent for overall health and burns calories, but for weight loss, it needs to be paired with a mindful diet. You can't out-walk a bad diet, especially if you're vegetarian like me, we need to be extra careful with calories and protein intake. Focus on whole foods.

Walking? Oh god, I wish I had the energy! But seriously, when I actually manage to get out, even for 20 minutes, I feel a tiny bit lighter. Plus, it's probably better than sitting and stress-eating biscuits. Every step counts, even if it's to the fridge and back. 😂
