How much dhea should a woman take for weight loss?

I've been struggling with weight loss recently and heard about DHEA as a supplement. I'm curious, how much DHEA should a woman take for weight loss effectively?

Oh god, I have tried every supplement in the market for weight loss, but DHEA is a hormone, not a simple fat burner. Don't start taking it on your own just to lose a few kilos. My doctor almost scolded me when I asked about it!

I can only share that my gynecologist prescribed a very low dose of DHEA for my fertility issues, not for weight loss. I didn't see any weight loss from it anyway. It is a hormone, so please be extremely careful.

Our bodies are sacred and we must not disturb our natural hormones with supplements without a doctor's guidance. Focus on clean eating and light walks to lose weight naturally. Take care and stay positive.

My wife was also reading about DHEA for metabolic health, but our family doctor strictly advised against it. He said hormone levels should only be adjusted under medical supervision. Please do not take it without a prescription.

Taking hormonal supplements like DHEA without a doctor's supervision is highly risky. It can completely mess up your menstrual cycle and hormones. Please get a proper hormone panel test done and consult your gynecologist first.

Honestly, DHEA is not a weight loss shortcut and can have side effects like hair loss or mood swings if taken without need. Get a proper blood test done and consult an endocrinologist first. Don't waste time on self-medication.
