How much coffee is safe during pregnancy?

I'm trying to cut down on caffeine since I'm pregnant, but it's really hard. My husband said I can have a little bit. What's the maximum safe amount of coffee I can drink?

Look, don't overcomplicate this. Just keep it to one small cup of coffee a day and you are perfectly fine. If you can manage without it, even better, but there's no need to stress over one light cup.

During our times, we mostly drank warm milk with badam or saffron. But if you must have coffee, keep it very light and limit it to just one small cup a day. Too much heat in the body is not good for the baby.

My wife used to love her strong coffee, but during her pregnancy, we had to strictly measure it to one cup daily. It was hard for her, but worth it to keep the baby's heart rate normal. Save the extra coffee cups for when the baby is born and keeping you awake all night!

The general recommendation is under 200 mg of caffeine daily, which is about one instant coffee mug. Focus on getting your energy from a balanced diet and light, doctor-approved walks instead of relying on multiple caffeine shots.

I was so worried about this too! My doctor told me one cup of instant Nescafe with milk daily is absolutely safe. Just watch out for hidden caffeine in sodas, dark chocolate, and tea so you don't cross the limit.
