How much carbohydrates per day for weight loss?

I've started a new diet plan to lose weight, and it focuses on cutting carbs. I'm wondering what's a good target for daily carbohydrate intake to actually see results? I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Be kind to your body and do not starve it of energy. Restricting your carbs to around 100 to 150 grams of wholesome grains like jowar or hand-pounded rice is very healthy. Keep a peaceful mind, eat naturally, and let the body heal.

I lost 15 kg by keeping my daily carbs strictly between 80 to 100 grams. You don't need to go zero-carb or do keto; just replace your heavy dinner rotis with a big bowl of dal or paneer salad. It is highly effective and sustainable.

With a busy office schedule, tracking exact grams is impossible. My rule of thumb is to limit carbs to around 100-120g by skipping the office cookies and having just one roti per meal instead of three. It's practical and fits into a busy lifestyle.

I totally get it, trying to figure out carb grams can make you hate your meals. Instead of stress-counting, just try having carbs only in your breakfast and lunch, and keep your dinner carb-free. It feels much lighter and works great.

Gaining weight on carbs is so easy, but losing it makes you feel like you are paying for your sins! Keeping them under 100 grams is the sweet spot. Just don't look at hot samosas or you might cross your limit instantly!

I always get so worried that even eating a small apple will ruin my low-carb diet! Most articles say 50-100 grams is best for weight loss, but please listen to your body first. If you feel dizzy, definitely eat some healthy carbs.
