How much allulose for weight loss?

I saw a reel about allulose being good for weight loss. I'm trying to reduce my sugar intake. How much allulose should one take for weight loss?

I agree with using it as a sugar replacement, about 1 to 2 teaspoons in your daily tea is safe and helps cut down empty calories.

I have been reading about allulose online because everyone is talking about keto diets lately. It seems like a cool option since it doesn't spike insulin, but I am still trying to see if it is easily available in India.

Don't blindly buy these expensive imported sweeteners based on online weight loss claims. It is always better to verify with a certified doctor before adding new chemical sugar substitutes to your daily diet.

Haan bhai, allulose sugar substitute toh badhiya hai weight loss ke liye, par iska matlab ye nahi ki pura dabba kha jao na. Limit mein hi rakhna, varna stomach upset ho sakta hai.

Listen, don't stress too much about getting fancy things like allulose. Just swap your regular sugar with stevia or just cut down your sweet cravings naturally, it is much easier and cheaper!

I did some research and my nutritionist mentioned that up to 30 grams of allulose per day is generally well-tolerated. It only has about 10% of the calories of regular sugar, which really helps with weight management.
