Walking is the cheapest and best exercise, no gym fees or fancy equipment needed. Aim for around 8,000 to 10,000 steps. You can track it with a free app on your phone, no need for expensive smartwatches. That money can go towards healthier groceries!

From my own experience, aiming for 10,000 steps a day really helped me. But don't suddenly jump to it. Start with 5,000, then 7,000, and gradually increase. It's about building a habit. And hydrate well!

As many steps as it takes to get to the fridge and then walk past it without opening it! Haha, just kidding. But seriously, around 8,000-10,000 steps is a good target. Just don't walk to the dessert shop, okay?

For effective weight loss, a target of 7,000 to 10,000 steps daily is commonly suggested. However, if you're currently sedentary, even starting with 3,000-5,000 and incrementally increasing is beneficial. Focus on consistency and proper footwear!

In our culture, walking is always seen as good for health. For weight loss, 10,000 steps is a number that comes up often. But it's good to talk to your family doctor or a dietitian; they can give advice that is specific to your health condition.
