How many grams of sugar for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight after my pregnancy, and my nutritionist said to cut down on sugar. But I'm confused about how much is too much. What's a good amount of sugar to aim for daily when trying to lose weight?

I am also trying to understand how this sugar counting works for weight loss. I have heard people say we should completely stop eating sugar, but is that really necessary? What about the natural sugars we get from daily fruits, do we count those too?

At our age, we must understand that white sugar is not good for health at all. You can easily switch to a little bit of organic jaggery or daily raw honey in warm water in the morning. But remember, excess of even healthy things is bad, so keep the quantity very small.

Before you spend thousands on fancy diet charts and expensive imported sugar-free products, just basic calorie planning works best. I cut down on my bakery biscuits and extra chai sugar, which saved me money and also helped me lose weight. Just get a basic HbA1c test done from a local lab to know where you stand before starting.

Bro, honestly, keeping it under 25 grams of added sugar is the sweet spot. I cut down my daily chai to half a spoon and stopped drinking packaged juices completely. Saw a huge difference in my belly fat within a month without doing any crazy diet.

Haan, weight loss ke liye sugar cut karna is very important, but extreme pe mat jao na. Try limiting added white sugar to just 2-3 teaspoons a day initially. Starting mein thoda tough lagta hai but slowly taste buds change ho jaate hain!

Please be careful while drastically cutting down sugar or calories, as it can cause sudden weakness or dizziness. It is always safer to consult a qualified nutritionist who can evaluate your body type first. Get a complete routine blood checkup done to make sure your sugar and insulin levels are fine.
