How many grams carbs for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on carbs for weight loss, as my gym trainer suggested. But I'm not sure what a healthy limit is. How many grams of carbs should I be eating for effective weight loss?

Reducing your carb intake slightly and focusing on healthy options like brown rice or oats is a good start. I hope you find a comfortable routine that works well for your body.

I was researching low-carb diets recently and found that many people aim for around 100 to 150 grams of carbs daily for moderate weight loss. It is quite interesting how adjusting macros can affect our daily energy levels!

I track my macros daily on an app, and for weight loss, keeping carbs around 100-120 grams works wonders. Try using a tracking app to log your daily rotis and rice; it really helps you understand your portion sizes.

Instead of cutting carbs too drastically, I focus on complex carbs and pair them with a good 45-minute daily walk. If your doctor allows, adding light exercise along with moderate carb control is the most sustainable way to shed weight.

A standard daily intake of 100 to 130 grams of carbs is often recommended, but carbohydrate needs are highly individual. It is always best to consult a certified clinical nutritionist to design a personalized diet plan safely.

When my son was advised to manage his weight, we simply replaced refined carbs like white bread and maida with whole grains and millets. It is a very practical and gentle approach that keeps kids happy and healthy.

Haan na, carbs completely cut karna bohot mushkil hota hai, especially humare Indian khane mein. Main toh bas thoda chawal aur roti ki portion kam kar deta hoon, simple aur sustainable hai.

I always worry that eating even a little bit of rice will ruin my progress, but keeping a moderate balance of 100-130 grams of carbs is actually necessary for our body. Don't be too hard on yourself, we are in this together.

I panicked and cut out carbs completely last year, which only left me feeling weak and tired all the time. Later, I realized eating around 120 grams of healthy carbs is completely fine and much healthier for long-term weight loss.
