How many daily carbs for weight loss?

I'm trying to reduce my carb intake to lose some weight, but I'm a bit confused about how much is too much. What's a good number for daily carbs for weight loss? I want to make sure I'm eating enough, but not too much.

Actually, it depends on your body weight, yaar. But normally staying around 100 to 150 grams of carbs is great for sustainable weight loss. Don't go extremely low carb suddenly, otherwise you'll feel completely drained out.

For effective fat loss, aiming for 100-120 grams of complex carbs works best. Cut out refined sugar and white rice first. Track your macros strictly on an app for two weeks and you'll see the difference.

Usually, a safe limit for weight loss is 100 to 130 grams of carbs daily. Just make sure you are getting them from good sources like oats or brown rice, and not from sweet chai or biscuits.

Listen, don't stress too much about exact numbers! Just reduce your rice and roti portions by half and add more paneer or dal. It is much easier than weighing your food every single day, trust me.

With a busy office schedule, tracking exact grams is impossible. I just follow the half-plate rule: make sure half your lunch is veggies, one-fourth is protein, and only one-fourth is carbs like rotis. It is very practical and sustainable.

Haan na, ye carb counting bohot boring ho jata hai. Around 120 grams is fine for daily energy. Hume ghar ka khaan thoda balance karna chahiye, pure carbs band karne ki zaroorat nahi hai, ho na?

My mother always tells me to eat traditional red rice in moderation. My nutritionist recommended restricting carbs to around 130 grams daily for my sedentary lifestyle. It is best to consult a local dietician for your specific body needs.
