How many cups of water a day for weight loss?

My fitness instructor keeps telling me to drink more water to help with weight loss. I know it's important, but what's a good target? How many cups of water should I aim for every day if I'm trying to lose weight?

Dekho, simple baat hai. Din me kam se kam 8 se 10 glass paani peeyo, jo lagbhag 2.5 to 3 liters hota hai. Usse zyada faltu me peene ki zaroorat nahi hai, koi chamatkar nahi hone wala bina exercise ke.

Drinking water from a clay pot is very good for digestion and weight loss, around 8-10 glasses is perfect. But please, if you are experiencing sudden swelling in legs or heavy bloating, see a doctor instead of just drinking more water.

For managing weight and blood sugar, drinking around 10 cups of plain water daily is excellent. Make sure you don't replace water with packaged juices or diet sodas, which can harm your kidney and glucose levels.

Drinking about 10-12 cups of water daily is usually recommended. It keeps you full and helps with digestion. Just take it easy and drink whenever you feel thirsty.

Hey, don't force yourself to gulp down gallons of water. Around 2.5 liters or 10 cups is healthy for most people. Listen to your body, drink comfortably, and don't stress yourself out over strict numbers.

Bro, just keep a bottle with you and keep sipping throughout the day! Around 10 cups is great, but don't stress too much about the exact count. Your body will tell you when it needs hydration anyway!
