How many carb grams per day for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on carbs for weight loss, as suggested by an online article. What would be a good target for carb grams per day to achieve effective weight loss? I'm finding it a bit confusing to calculate.

Honestly, weight loss ke liye carb grams count karna toh bohot energy maangta hai. Mere toh neend poori nahi hoti, carbs kya count karunga. But maybe less roti, more sabzi, right? That's my lazy person approach, haan haan.

Please be careful with this, don't just blindly follow advice online. I once tried a diet without consulting anyone and ended up feeling so weak. Your body is unique, so what works for one might not work for you. See a doctor or a dietician first, they can give you a personalized plan that's safe.

Dude, carb counting is tough! My roommate tried it and became obsessed. I just try to eat healthier overall, like less processed stuff and more home food. Aur gym bhi thoda bohot. I guess it depends on your body type, maybe start with small changes?

For vegetarians especially, it's tricky to cut carbs too much because dals and grains are main sources. Instead of strict gram counting, focus on complex carbs like whole grains and millets, and portion control. Aur protein ka intake badhao for satiety.

Bhai, itna matha pachchi kyon? Simple rakho, subah ka nashta heavy karo, dopahar ko thoda kam, raat ko bilkul halka. Aur chalna shuru karo. Ghar ka khana khao. Ye carb-varm counting bade logon ka kaam hai, humare liye toh bas portion control aur exercise hai.

When I started my weight loss journey with PCOS, my dietician said to focus on low GI carbs rather than just cutting grams. Like, brown rice instead of white, millets. But honestly, it's very individual. Don't go too aggressive without guidance, especially if you have any health conditions.

Hey! There are some great apps that can help you track your macros, including carbs. MyFitnessPal or HealthifyMe can give you a starting point based on your weight, height, and activity level. They also have food databases with Indian options, so it's easier to log. But remember, apps are guides, not gospel!
