How long should i lift weights for weight loss?

I've started weight training to lose weight and get in shape. My trainer told me to lift for about an hour. Is that the right duration? How long should I lift weights for weight loss to be effective?

It's totally normal to feel a bit anxious about this, I've been there too! Don't overthink it. The main thing is consistency, not just how long you lift. Focus on good form and progressive overload. You'll see results!

Honestly, the duration is secondary to the type of workout and your body's response. For weight loss, it's a mix of diet and exercise. I have high BP, so for me, moderate intensity and consistency are key, along with regular checkups. Consult a good trainer, they can guide you best.

Arre, beti/beta, don't worry too much. Start slow, maybe 30-45 minutes. Listen to your body, na. Acha khana khao aur thoda thoda roz karo. Jaldi mat karo, dheere dheere sab theek ho jayega.

For weight loss, a combination of strength training and cardio is usually recommended. The duration depends on your current fitness level and goals. Typically, 30-60 minutes, 3-4 times a week, is a good start. But always best to get personalized advice from a certified trainer or a doctor.

Ho na, sabko yehi confusion hota hai. It's not just about how long, but also what you're lifting and how many reps. Ek ghanta bhi bahot hota hai, 3-4 times a week. Par haan, diet bhi utna hi important hai. Thoda patience rakho, results dikhenge.
