How long does it take for weight loss to show?

I've started going to the gym and eating healthier this past month. My friends say it takes time, but I'm really motivated and wondering how long it usually takes for weight loss to actually become visible, you know, for others to notice too?

It actually takes about 4 to 6 weeks of consistent clean eating to see any visible difference, yaar. First, you will feel your clothes fitting looser, then others will start noticing. Don't lose hope so fast!

True weight loss is a slow and beautiful journey of aligning your body and mind. If you practice daily yoga and eat mindfully, you will start seeing subtle changes in your body structure in a month. Trust the process.

Expect a timeline of 4 weeks for you to notice changes, 8 weeks for your close friends to see it, and 12 weeks for everyone else. Weight loss isn't instant; focus on a calorie deficit and track your weekly averages.

I lost 8 kgs recently. For the first 3 weeks, the scale didn't move at all and I was so frustrated. But around the 5th week, my face looked slimmer and my old jeans fit perfectly. Consistency is key.

If you are walking 10k steps daily and maintaining a clean diet, you'll see a drop in water weight in the first week itself. Proper fat loss will start showing clearly in 4 to 6 weeks. Make sure to get your doctor's okay before starting any high-intensity workouts.
