How long does breast tenderness last early pregnancy?

I've just found out I'm pregnant, very early stages. My breasts are super tender, and even a light touch hurts. Is this breast tenderness a symptom that will last throughout the first trimester, or will it subside soon?

Oh, breast tenderness! Feels like forever, doesn't it? Honestly, for me, it was throughout the first trimester, and then it slowly got better. But sometimes, it would come back for a bit, just to remind me I was pregnant, haan. Pregnancy is a rollercoaster, prepare for anything!

Yaar, it depends a lot on the person, actually. My wife said it was a few weeks only, mainly in the first three months. But some of her friends, they said it was on and off for longer. Best to talk to your gynaec, they'll know exactly what's normal.

For me, it was quite prominent in the early weeks. I found wearing supportive, soft bras helped a lot. Also, focusing on a balanced, nutrient-rich diet with good fats can sometimes help with general bodily comfort, though it won't directly cure the tenderness. Always listen to your body and your doctor.

Though my experience is with diabetes, for any body change, it's about monitoring and managing. Breast tenderness is common in early pregnancy. Usually, it subsides after the first trimester, but for some, it might linger. Keep a track of how you feel and discuss with your doctor, especially if it's too uncomfortable.

It's a very common early pregnancy symptom. I've heard from my friends it's mostly during the first trimester. Some light exercise, if your doctor approves, like a gentle walk, might help with general discomfort, but for the tenderness itself, it's usually hormonal. Just be patient with your body.

This tenderness usually lasts for the first 12-14 weeks, maximum. After that, hormones settle down a bit. Don't worry too much, it's normal. If it's really bothering you, tell your doctor; they might have some solutions for comfort.

Usually, breast tenderness peaks in the first trimester (up to 12-14 weeks) because of all the hormonal changes. It tends to decrease in the second trimester for most women. Keep wearing comfortable, supportive bras, even at night if it helps. If it's really painful or one-sided, just mention it to your OBGYN.
