How long do you cramp in early pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant and have been having some mild cramping, a bit like period pain. My friend said it's normal in early pregnancy, but I'm a first-timer and a bit anxious. How long does this cramping usually last?

Mild cramping in early pregnancy can be normal as the uterus stretches, often lasting a few days or intermittently for a week or two. But if it's severe, accompanied by bleeding, or lasts too long, please see a doctor immediately. Don't self-diagnose or spend money on unnecessary tests, let the doctor decide.

Light cramping is common in early pregnancy as your body adjusts. It might come and go for a few weeks. But severe pain, especially with bleeding, needs immediate medical attention. Please call your gynaecologist right away and describe your symptoms clearly. They can advise you best.

Mild cramping is part of the process, your body is making space! Usually, it's for a few days to a couple of weeks, off and on. Stay hydrated and maybe light walks if your doc approves. But seriously, if it feels too much or you see spotting, get it checked, no heroics here.

Yes, mild cramping is normal as the uterus stretches. It can last for a while, but severe pain means see a doc.

Early pregnancy cramps? Oh god, it feels like forever when you're going through it, especially when you're already sleep-deprived! But realistically, they usually come and go for a couple of weeks as your body adjusts. If they're really bad or you're bleeding, trust me, you'll want a doctor, not more internet advice.

Oh, I totally get it, the cramping can be so nerve-wracking in early pregnancy! For me, it lasted intermittently for about 2-3 weeks, like a dull period ache. If it's just mild, it's usually implantation or your uterus growing. But if it's sharp or you see blood, please call your doctor right away.

Cramping in early pregnancy? Ah, the joys! Mine came and went for what felt like an eternity, probably a month or so. Just when you think it's gone, it comes back for an encore. But seriously, if it's very painful, don't be a hero, call the doc. We've suffered enough already!
