How early in pregnancy does fatigue start?

I've been feeling incredibly tired lately, even after a full night's sleep. My period is also delayed, so I'm wondering if this fatigue could be related to pregnancy. How soon does fatigue typically set in during early pregnancy?

Fatigue can start within 1-2 weeks of conception due to high progesterone. But please get your thyroid and blood counts checked to ensure there is no other deficiency causing it.

My wife was completely exhausted by week 4, practically sleeping right after dinner. The only thing that woke her up was her sudden cravings for spicy chaat at odd hours!

Early fatigue can hit by the 5th week as your body works overtime. If your doctor allows, a simple 20-minute gentle walk can actually help boost your energy levels.

It can honestly start within the very first week after conception. I felt absolutely wiped out before I even missed my period.

Your body is creating a new life, so feeling tired in the first few weeks is completely natural. Stay positive, practice gentle breathing, and give yourself permission to rest.

Pehle mahine se hi sharir bahut thaka-thaka rehta hai aur neend bahut aati hai. Aap thoda aaram zyada kiya karo aur achha khana khao.

Haan na, fatigue to first month se hi start ho jata hai, simple chores also feel like a marathon. Just listen to your body and sleep when you need to.

I completely understand how scary that sudden, overwhelming exhaustion can feel early on. It usually starts around week 4 or 5, so please don't worry, your body is just adjusting.

Staying hydrated and having a cup of mild ginger tea can help ease that early 1st-month fatigue. But if you feel faint or extremely weak, please consult your doctor immediately.

My daughter was so tired she could barely function in her first month. I made sure she slept early and took short naps during the day, which made a huge difference.
