How early do nausea symptoms start in pregnancy?

For the past two days, I've been feeling quite nauseous, especially in the mornings, but my last period was normal. My friend mentioned she had morning sickness very early on with both her kids. When do nausea symptoms typically begin in pregnancy?

My nausea started extremely early, around week 5, and it got so severe that I couldn't keep even water down. If your nausea is that intense, please don't ignore it and see a doctor immediately to check for dehydration.

For my wife, the kitchen became a danger zone by the second month. The smell of frying tadka would make her run to the bathroom. Hang in there, it usually gets better after the third month.

My partner got mild morning sickness around week 6. Her doctor advised that going for light morning walks in the fresh air actually helps reduce that early morning heavy feeling.

I know how scary it is when you suddenly start feeling sick and dizzy out of nowhere. It usually begins around week 6, but can start at week 5 too. Please take deep breaths, your body is just adjusting.

Nausea typically kicks in around week 6 when HCG levels spike rapidly, though some rare cases feel it by week 4. Keep dry crackers by your bed and eat one before getting up, it really helps.

I am just finishing my first trimester and my nausea started exactly at week 6. Lemon water and ginger candies were my absolute saviours during those rough morning hours.

I started feeling slightly nauseous at week 4 and panicked thinking it was food poisoning. Is it normal to get it this early? I hope you are doing okay and taking enough rest.
