How early can you take a pregnancy test after intercourse?

My period is quite irregular, so I can't rely on that for timing. We had unprotected intercourse about 10 days ago. I'm wondering, what's the earliest I can take a pregnancy test after that to get an accurate reading, as I'm a bit anxious?

To be practical, testing before 14 days after sex is useless. The body needs time to build up HCG. For 100% accurate results, wait for 21 days or just test after your period is missed.

My wife and I tested like 5 days after sex out of sheer nervousness, which obviously showed negative. Save your money and sleep; wait at least 2 weeks before peeing on that stick.

I know the waiting makes you restless. While some early kits claim 10 days, a normal home test works best 14 to 21 days after intercourse. Drink some warm chamomile tea to soothe your nerves while you wait.

I just went through this last month. I tested exactly 14 days after intercourse and got a very faint positive line. Tested again after 3 days and it was super dark. So 14 days is the sweet spot.

Bro, don't test the next day, it doesn't work like that. It takes minimum 14 days for the hormone to show up in urine. Better yet, wait for 3 weeks to be absolutely sure.
