How early can you take a pregnancy test after conception?

We think we might have conceived around two weeks ago, but I'm not sure if it's too early to test. My period isn't due for a few more days. When is the earliest time one can take a pregnancy test after conception for reliable results, generally speaking?

I totally get it, waiting to test is the hardest part. You can take a highly sensitive urine test about 10-12 days after conception, but waiting for the missed period gives the most reliable result.

I kept reading that you can test 10 days after conception, but then I worried about getting a false negative and stressing even more. Maybe wait at least 14 days? Hope it goes well for you!

Haan, lagbhag 12-14 din baad test kar sakte ho conceiving ke. Par sahi result toh period miss hone ke baad hi aata hai na, toh thoda sabr rakhna hi theek rehta hai.

Don't rush to the pharmacy just yet. Wait until the day of your missed period to test; testing too early only causes unnecessary anxiety. Take a deep breath, everything will work out fine.

I ignored early signs and delayed testing, which delayed my prenatal care when I really needed it. You can test around 12 days post-conception, but please schedule a doctor's visit immediately if it's positive.
