How early can you start showing pregnancy?

My sister got pregnant recently, and she started showing quite early. I'm just curious, if someone is pregnant, how soon does their body actually start to show, like a baby bump or other physical changes that are visible?

For me, I started showing a tiny bump around the 16th week, but I remember feeling so self-conscious because others started showing much earlier. Please don't compare your body to anyone else, every journey is unique.

Haan, shuru mein toh bas thoda bloating hi lagta hai na. Proper baby bump toh fourth month ke baad hi dikhna shuru hota hai. Usse pehle toh bas lagta hai ki thoda weight gain ho gaya hai!

Don't expect a visible baby bump in the first trimester; any early belly is usually just bloating from progesterone. Real showing starts after week 14 as the uterus rises out of the pelvis. Wear loose cotton clothes for comfort.

Usually, for first-time moms, the bump isn't visible until 12 to 16 weeks because the abdominal muscles are tight. If it is your second pregnancy, you might start showing much earlier, like around 10 weeks.

I am in my second trimester now and honestly, I only started showing around week 18. Before that, it was just looking like regular food bloating, especially after heavy meals. It takes time for the first baby!
