How early can you feel pregnancy symptoms?

I'm not sure if what I'm feeling is actually a symptom or just my imagination, as I'm really hoping to be pregnant. I've been more tired and a bit moody. How early can one typically feel genuine pregnancy symptoms?

Some symptoms like fatigue can start around week 4. Since I have thyroid issues, I had to get regular blood tests early to make sure my levels were safe, so do visit your doctor.

Honestly, some people feel sore breasts and tiredness within a week of conceiving, while others feel nothing for months. Don't stress too much, every body is different!

Our doctor mentioned that early signs like implantation cramping can happen 6-12 days after fertilization, but most obvious symptoms like nausea start around week 6.

It can start as early as 1-2 weeks after conception for some women. It is totally normal.

I panicked when I got extreme fatigue and cramping at just 4 weeks, thinking it was a health issue. My doctor reassured me it is just the body preparing early, which was a huge relief.
