How early can signs of pregnancy appear?

I've been feeling some changes in my body, like breast tenderness and a bit more tired than usual. My period is still a week away. Are these too early to be actual signs of pregnancy?

For some, fatigue and mild nausea start within a week of a missed period. If you have blood sugar issues, watch out for increased thirst early on, as it can be tricky to distinguish.

My daughter noticed sore breasts and light cramping barely 10 days after conceiving. Just keep an eye on how you feel and don't lift heavy things during this early phase.

I had implantation spotting and mild cramps just 4-5 days before my expected period. I thought it was my period starting early, but it was actually my first pregnancy sign!

Breast tenderness and a metallic taste in the mouth can start very early, even before your missed period. Sucking on small ginger pieces helps a lot with that early weird taste.

A missed period and mild nausea around week 5 are typical signs. You can drink light fennel water for early bloating, but if you have severe cramps or bleeding, please see a doctor right away.
