How early can a man experience pregnancy symptoms?

My wife is expecting, and I've been feeling unusually nauseous and tired too. Is it possible for a man to experience some pregnancy symptoms this early, mirroring his partner's?

My wife is only 6 weeks pregnant and suddenly I am feeling super nauseous in the mornings and having weird cravings. Is this actually Couvade syndrome or am I just overthinking and getting anxious about becoming a dad? Did any other guys feel this?

While sympathetic pregnancy symptoms in men are known, please don't assume any sudden fatigue or nausea is just due to that. If you are feeling unwell, it is always safer to get a basic health checkup done with a doctor to make sure it's not a digestive issue or viral fever.

I literally went through this exact thing during my wife's first trimester! I had crazy mood swings and food cravings starting around the second month. It turned out to be stress and sleep deprivation, but it felt so real at the time.

My doctor at Jupiter Hospital mentioned that men can experience sympathetic symptoms due to hormonal shifts from stress and empathy, usually starting in the first trimester. If it's bothering you or affecting your daily routine, definitely discuss it with a physician.

Honestly, I never believed in this until my wife got pregnant. Around the second month, I started getting intense headaches and bloating alongside her. Once she entered her second trimester, my symptoms also magically disappeared on their own.
