Most weight loss drugs aren't covered because they expect us to manage with diet. Focus on a high-fiber vegetarian diet with lots of salads and dal, it is much safer and cheaper anyway.

These modern medicines are so expensive and insurance rarely helps. In the meantime, try drinking warm water with lemon and ginger in the morning, it really helped my digestion and weight.
