Does vitamin'd cause weight gain?

I started taking Vitamin D supplements a few months ago because my doctor said my levels were low. Since then, I feel like I've put on a little weight, especially around my stomach. Could the Vitamin D actually be causing this weight gain, or is it something else entirely?

I was so worried about this when my doctor prescribed weekly Vitamin D. I searched online for days thinking it might slow down my metabolism or cause water retention, but it actually helped my energy. Maybe check with your doc to ease your mind.

Managing my high BP taught me that weight gain is mostly about diet and lack of exercise, not Vitamin D. In fact, low Vitamin D makes you sluggish. Keep tracking your lifestyle and get regular doctor checkups.

Bro, don't stress too much! Vitamin D definitely doesn't cause weight gain. If anything, it actually helps your energy levels so you can stay active. Just take your dose and keep moving.

Not at all! Vitamin D actually helps your body function better and can support weight management. Just keep eating healthy and don't worry! 😊

In my experience, natural Vitamin D from morning sunlight brings balance to our hormones. It does not cause weight gain. Combine your morning sun exposure with light yoga, and your body will find its natural weight.
