Does vinegar aid in weight loss?

Recently, I've seen a lot of reels and posts about how apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight. Is there any truth to this claim? I'm trying to shed a few kilos and looking for natural ways to aid my weight loss journey.

In my experience, having a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in warm water can help detoxify the system and improve gut health. But true, lasting weight loss comes from consistent yoga practice and eating fresh, wholesome food.

My general physician told me that apple cider vinegar might slightly help with digestion and insulin sensitivity, but it isn't a direct weight loss miracle. Any actual fat loss only happens if you are in a calorie deficit.

It can give a tiny boost to your metabolism, but don't expect magic just by drinking it! You still have to do your workouts and eat clean. Keep smiling and stay active! 😊

As someone managing diabetes, I sometimes take diluted apple cider vinegar before meals to help control blood sugar spikes, which indirectly helps with weight. But remember, it can be acidic, so always dilute it well and don't skip your regular checkups.

Yes, it helps slightly with appetite control, but only if you are already eating a balanced diet.

I tried taking apple cider vinegar before lunch for about two months. It definitely helped reduce my bloating and kept me full, but I didn't see any massive weight drop until I started walking daily.
