Does vaping cause weight loss?

Some of my friends who vape claim that it helps them lose weight because it curbs their appetite. Is there any truth to this? Does vaping cause weight loss, or is it just a myth?

True, nicotine suppresses hunger so some people lose weight, but it's very unhealthy. It's much better to drink water and do light exercise.

Nicotine can temporarily suppress appetite, which might cause some weight loss, but using it as a diet tool is highly counterproductive. The lung damage will easily ruin your productivity and stamina. Stick to proper meal planning if you want to lose weight.

For healthy weight management, try drinking warm lemon-honey water in the morning and eating fiber-rich foods instead of relying on harmful vapes. If you have sudden, unexplained weight loss while vaping, please consult a doctor to check for underlying health issues.

Haan na, people think vaping is an easy shortcut to lose weight without working out. But this weight loss is temporary and very bad for your health. Real weight loss should come from a good home diet.

Yes, nicotine in vapes suppresses hunger and speeds up metabolism slightly, but it is a highly unsafe way to lose weight.

Using vaping for weight loss is a terrible strategy for your fitness goals. It destroys your VO2 max, meaning you won't be able to lift or run effectively. Real fat loss happens in a calorie deficit with solid nutrition, not through chemical stimulants.

Hey, I totally get why it seems tempting if it curbs your appetite, but the toll it takes on your skin and stamina is really not worth it. I tried skipping meals like this once and it just made me feel super weak and dizzy. Eating balanced meals is always the best way.
