Does swimming helps in weight loss?

I'm looking for a fun and effective way to get some exercise and lose weight. I enjoy swimming, so I wanted to ask if swimming helps in weight loss significantly.

Swimming is a very good full-body exercise for health, but remember that real weight loss only happens when you eat clean home-cooked meals. Along with swimming, you can drink warm water with a little ginger and honey in the morning to boost digestion naturally.

Bro, it absolutely works if you swim intensely and don't treat it like a pool party. I lost around 5 kgs in two months by swimming 45 minutes daily and cutting down on junk food. It is great because you don't even sweat and your joints don't hurt.

It definitely burns a lot of calories, but the real issue is that swimming makes u so incredibly hungry afterwards! I ended up eating double the amount of food after my pool sessions and actually gained weight. You have to really control your cravings post-swim.

Do not look at swimming only as a way to lose weight, but rather as a beautiful way to connect with water and find inner peace. When your mind is happy and stress-free, your body naturally sheds the excess weight. Take care and enjoy the process.

I tried swimming for months to lose weight but nothing happened, and I just kept feeling exhausted. When I finally went to the doctor, I found out I had a severe thyroid issue. Please get a basic blood panel done first to ensure no underlying issues are blocking your weight loss.

I was researching this online and read that swimming burns almost as many calories as running, but with zero impact on knees. It seems perfect for people who are overweight and find gymming too painful. I am planning to join a local club next week to try it.

Yes, swimming is excellent for weight loss, especially because it tones your entire body and arms at the same time.
