Does seed probiotic help with weight loss?

My friend recommended a probiotic called 'Seed' for overall gut health, and she also hinted it might help with weight. I'm trying to shed a few kilos, so I was wondering if this particular probiotic could assist in weight loss.

Managing PCOS has taught me that gut health is super important, but probiotics alone won't make you lose weight. They might help reduce bloating and improve your digestion thoda. But you still need to focus on your overall diet and hormone balance.

Instead of buying these expensive modern probiotic capsules, I prefer eating fresh homemade curd or buttermilk daily. It is much better for your stomach and completely natural. But if you have severe digestive issues, please consult a doctor instead of self-treating.

Don't fall for all these fancy internet advertisements, okay? Seed probiotic is great for gut health and bowel movements, but it is not a weight loss pill. Focus on eating clean, sleeping well, and the weight will naturally go down.

I tried various probiotics hoping to boost my metabolism, but my weight only controlled when I got my thyroid levels balanced. Please get your basic blood panels done and follow up with your doctor rather than expecting a probiotic to fix weight issues.

Please be cautious before starting any heavy probiotic supplements like Seed. They can sometimes cause gas, bloating, or interact with other health issues. It is always safer to get your gut health checked by a gastroenterologist first.

A good probiotic can keep your gut healthy, which indirectly helps with energy levels. But for real weight loss, nothing beats a 45-minute daily brisk walk and a calorie deficit diet. Keep moving and let your body do the work naturally.
