Does ovasitol help with weight loss?

I have PCOS and have been struggling to lose weight. Someone suggested Ovasitol to me, saying it can help. Has anyone here had positive experiences with Ovasitol for weight management, especially with PCOS?

Actually yaar, my sister used Ovasitol for her PCOS. It helps manage insulin resistance, which can indirectly help with weight loss, but you still need a good diet and exercise. Don't expect magic overnight!

My wife's doctor at a reputed hospital suggested this supplement for her insulin resistance. However, they strictly told us that supplements work differently for everyone, so you must ask your own doctor before starting it.

I've been taking Ovasitol for a year now. It definitely helps reduce sugar cravings and improves metabolism, which helped me shed a few kilos, but only when paired with regular strength training and a low-carb diet.

I manage both thyroid and PCOS, and keeping track of hormone levels is key. Ovasitol can help with insulin sensitivity, but you should consult your gynecologist and get regular blood tests done to see if it is right for your body.

I was looking into Ovasitol too because my weight has been stuck due to PCOS. It seems to help a lot of women by managing their cravings, but it is a bit expensive, so discussing it with your doctor first is a smart move.

Yes, it helps control insulin levels, which makes losing weight slightly easier if you are also managing PCOS.

I always prefer managing weight with a clean diet, walking, and home-cooked food. Supplements like Ovasitol can support your goals, but it is always best to let a doctor check your hormone levels before starting anything new.
