Does moringa help with weight loss?

My friend suggested I try moringa for weight loss, saying it boosts metabolism and helps burn fat. I'm trying to get back in shape after my delivery. Does moringa really help with weight loss, or is it just anecdotal?

I read so many conflicting things online about moringa powder and got super worried about how it might affect my stomach or liver. I did try a tiny pinch in warm water for a week, but stopped because I kept worrying if it was safe. It is probably fine, but starting slow is best.

Moringa did help a bit with my digestion and keeping my morning sugar spikes in check. But for weight loss, you cannot rely only on this powder. You still need to cut down on wheat, rice, and direct sugar to see real progress.

It can help reduce inflammation, which is good for weight management if you have PCOS. However, don't treat it as a miracle cure. It works best when combined with regular strength training and a high-protein diet.

Yes, it actually does help! It boosts your metabolism nicely and keeps you feeling active through the day. I drink it with a little warm water and lemon every morning and feel great! 🌟

I tried the moringa tea for weight loss, but the taste was too bitter for me to continue daily. I think adding drumsticks to our regular dals is a much more practical way to get its benefits without suffering through the taste!

I lost about 4 kilos over the last two months, and I was taking moringa powder daily. But honestly, I also stopped eating junk food and started walking 8k steps daily. Moringa just helped with water retention, I feel.
