Does lukewarm water help in weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and my grandmother always advises me to drink lukewarm water, especially first thing in the mornings. She says it helps with digestion and weight. Does drinking lukewarm water actually contribute to weight loss?

Drinking lukewarm water can aid digestion and boost metabolism slightly, but it is not a magical cure for weight loss. For sustainable results, one must focus on a calorie-deficit diet and regular physical activity, as recommended by any certified nutritionist.

Lukewarm water is completely free and a great habit to start! Before spending thousands on expensive weight-loss teas and fat burners, just start drinking warm water and manage your portion sizes. It costs nothing and helps cleanse your system.

Yes, it helps to keep you full and prevents overeating, especially if you have a glass of warm water 20 minutes before your meals. It is a very simple and doable habit that doesn't disturb your busy daily routine.

Warm water in the morning is great for kickstarting your gut, but you need to burn calories to lose fat. Pair that glass of water with 30-40 minutes of daily cardio or brisk walking if your physical health allows. That is the real way to see changes.

If only warm water could burn away that butter chicken! It does help clear your throat and digestion, but don't expect it to melt fat like hot water melts wax. You still have to say no to the evening samosas!

Don't stress over complex diet rules, just starting with lukewarm water in the morning is a very gentle way to care for your body. It helps with bowel movements and keeps you hydrated. Take it one step at a time, you don't need to starve yourself.

Lukewarm water is safe for everyone, but if you have sudden weight gain, it could be thyroid or heart issues. Please get a proper medical checkup from a doctor first to rule out any underlying conditions before trying any self-made diet plans.

I used to drink boiling hot water thinking it would burn fat faster and ended up burning my tongue and throat! Don't panic and overdo it; just normal lukewarm water is perfect. It is just a helper, not a magic trick.

Drinking warm water helps keep the blood circulation smooth and is good for overall health. However, if you are looking to lose weight due to high blood pressure, please consult your doctor for a low-sodium plan and regular checkups.

It definitely helps with detoxification and digestion, which is crucial for metabolic health. Just make sure you are not adding honey to that warm water if you have high blood sugar, as many people do, because that can spike your glucose levels quickly.
