Does l creatine help with weight loss?

I've been hitting the gym consistently and looking for ways to boost my fitness goals. My trainer suggested creatine, but I'm unsure about L-creatine. Does L-creatine help with weight loss, or is it mainly for muscle gain?

Creatine is actually for muscle strength and high-intensity workouts, not directly for weight loss. In fact, it pulls water into your muscles, so the scale might show a slight increase initially. But it helps you lift heavier, which indirectly burns more calories in the gym.

Dekho, direct bolti hoon, creatine weight loss ke liye nahi hota hai. It is for bodybuilding and muscle pumps. Agar weight kam karna hai toh calories kam khao aur roz thoda cardio karo, ye sab shortcuts ke peeche mat bhaago.

In our days, we only knew about milk, ghee, and hard work in the akhada. Now kids take all these white powders like creatine to look fit. From my 60 years of life, I can tell you that real strength and weight management come from seasonal fruits, dal, and daily walking, not these plastic jars.

My family doctor told me that creatine is primarily for ATP synthesis during heavy lifting, not a fat burner. He warned that if you aren't drinking at least 3-4 liters of water daily, it can strain your kidneys. Always get a kidney function test done before starting any regular creatine supplementation.

Weight loss is a journey of internal balance, not just building heavy muscles with chemicals. I used to think about these supplements too, but daily Surya Namaskar and Kapalbhati helped me naturally regulate my metabolism. Let your body heal naturally through pranayama and light, satvik food.
