Does kombucha help with weight loss?

I've started seeing a lot of videos about kombucha being good for gut health and also for weight loss. I'm trying to lose some weight after my pregnancy. Does kombucha really help with shedding those extra kilos?

It can support your gut health, but don't treat it as a fat-loss drink. If your daily diet is not in a calorie deficit and you aren't lifting weights, kombucha won't make you lose weight. Treat it as a healthy replacement for sugary sodas.

It definitely helps with digestion and bloating! Just watch out for the sugar content in store-bought bottles, some have a lot of added sugar. Homemade ones are the best for gut health.

I tried kombucha once and it tasted like sweet vinegar, honestly! If tasting like salad dressing makes people lose weight, then maybe it works. Just stick to normal water and save your money.

Hey, don't stress too much about adding all these fancy drinks to your routine. If you like the taste of kombucha, go for it! But simple home-cooked food and walking will do the exact same job for your weight loss journey.

I got so scared when my weight didn't budge even after drinking kombucha daily for a month. But then I realized it is just a probiotic, not a fat burner. Once I relaxed and just ate home food, my weight came down naturally.

Kombucha is a fermented drink that improves digestive fire or agni. When digestion is clean, the body naturally sheds excess weight. Combine it with gentle Kapalbhati pranayama for best results.

It is just a good source of probiotics which keeps your gut happy. A healthy gut helps a little in managing weight, so you can try it out safely.

Please be careful with unpasteurized kombucha. I had severe stomach infection and acidity issues after trying local brands. If you have any gut issues, consult a gastroenterologist before experimenting with these drinks.

I visited my clinical nutritionist at Max Hospital and asked her about fermented drinks. She told me to be very careful as some kombuchas have high yeast and sugar. You should clearly ask your doctor before starting it.

It helps with metabolism because of the probiotics, but nothing replaces physical activity. Try to pair it with 45 minutes of brisk walking daily if your doctor allows. That combo will give you real, sustainable weight loss.

I drank it for three months hoping to lose weight and saw zero change until I corrected my portion sizes. Probiotics are good for your stomach, but they don't burn calories. Focus on high protein and less carbs instead.
