Does gelatin really help with weight loss?

My gym trainer mentioned that adding gelatin to my diet could help me feel full longer and aid in weight loss. Does it really have such an effect? I'm trying to control my cravings.

I totally get it, when you are trying to lose weight, you want to know if these things actually work or if it's just hype. Honestly, gelatin might just keep you full for a short while, but it is not a magic solution. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to try these trends.

Look boss, there is no shortcut to weight loss. Gelatin is not going to melt your fat while you sit on the couch. Eat clean, reduce your oil and sugar, and walk every day. That's the real deal.

Haan, these diets sound very fancy na! But honestly, gelatin se weight loss nahi hota. It might just make you feel thoda full, that's it. Normal ghar ka khana khao and active raho, best approach vahi hai.

For my high BP, my doctor told me that lifestyle modifications are what actually matter, not fancy diet powders. Gelatin won't do much if the rest of your daily routine isn't healthy. Focus on regular checkups and simple living.

I was also reading up on this because I worry so much about my slow metabolism. But then I got scared about what gelatin actually is made of and if it has side effects. Maybe we should just stick to simple salads and curd instead of worrying about these experimental ingredients.

If you are struggling with weight, please get your thyroid and hormone levels checked first. I tried gelatin and other diet hacks for a long time but nothing worked until my doctor adjusted my thyroid dose. Proper medical follow-up is key.
