Does epsom salt help weight loss?

My friend told me that taking Epsom salt baths can help with weight loss. I'm trying to shed a few kilos, so I'm curious. Is there any truth to this claim about Epsom salt and weight loss?

Actually, it does not help you lose fat at all, yaar. It just makes you sweat and lose some water weight temporarily. Real weight loss needs diet control and proper exercise, simple as that.

Haha, I wish it was that easy to melt fat just by sitting in a warm bath! 🛁 It is great for relaxing sore muscles after a heavy workout, but for weight loss, you still have to hit the gym and watch what you eat. 💪

Hey, don't stress too much about these internet trends! Epsom salt is just for relaxing your body and de-stressing. It won't help you burn fat, so just focus on eating clean and staying active. You've got this!

Oh, the things we hope will help us lose weight without moving! My knees hurt too much for intense workouts, so I use epsom salt for joint relief, but my waistline remains exactly the same. No magic shortcuts at 50, unfortunately!

If sitting in bath salts made people thin, I would be sleeping in a tub of epsom salt every single night. Sadly, it only helps soothe my aching back from sitting at my laptop all day. Back to calorie counting we go.

Honestly, after eating a heavy butter chicken dinner, a warm bath feels amazing, but it definitely won't burn off those calories! Epsom salt is nice for a relaxing evening, but the real work happens in resisting those mid-night dessert cravings.
