Does energy drinks cause weight loss?

I often drink energy drinks to stay awake during long study sessions. I heard from a friend that they might even help with weight loss because of the caffeine. Is it true that energy drinks cause weight loss?

I used to drink these crazy caffeine drinks daily thinking they would speed up my metabolism and help me lose weight, but I only ended up with jitters and acidity. Once I stopped, my stomach felt so much better. It's totally normal to look for quick fixes, but safe nutrition is way better.

Actually, they don't really help with weight loss in a healthy way. Most of them are just filled with sugar and caffeine which might give you a temporary boost but won't burn fat. Take care of your diet instead.

Beta, these artificial canned drinks are not good for health and won't help you reduce weight. Instead of these chemical things, drink fresh warm water with a lemon slice or a cup of simple green tea in the morning. It is much safer for the body.

Please stay away from these energy drinks, especially if you don't track your blood pressure. The high caffeine can shoot your BP up instantly without you realizing. Better to stick to lifestyle changes like proper sleep and clean food.

No shortcut exists for weight loss, my friend. Energy drinks are often loaded with hidden calories and sugar. If you want to lose weight, start with a 30-minute daily brisk walk and a basic calorie-deficit diet, provided your doctor clears you for exercise.

Our bodies respond best to natural things created by mother nature. Chemical drinks only bring restlessness to the mind and body, not true fitness. Stay positive, drink plenty of water, and nourish yourself with fresh fruits.

If energy drinks caused weight loss, I would have been a model by now with all the cans I drink to survive my office hours! Trust me, they only lose your money, not your weight. Stick to simple ghar ka khana.
