Does eaa help with weight loss?

I'm very active and focused on fitness, and I've heard about EAA (Essential Amino Acids) supplements being good for muscle recovery. Some people at my gym also claim it helps with fat loss. Does EAA truly help with weight loss, or is it more for muscle building?

EAA actually helps with muscle recovery during workouts, yaar. It doesn't directly burn fat or anything, but if you preserve muscle, your metabolism stays good. Just focus on your diet and calorie deficit, that is the main thing.

I agree, EAAs are just for muscle recovery and won't make you lose weight on their own. You still need a proper diet plan for fat loss.

EAAs are basically amino acids that you can easily get from protein-rich foods like paneer, eggs, or dals. They don't have any fat-burning properties of their own. Better to invest in good quality whole foods rather than relying on supplement jars.

Don't fall for these supplement marketing gimmicks on social media for weight loss. Most of them are useless and can strain your kidneys if taken without supervision. Always check with a certified nutritionist or doctor before buying these expensive powders.

Listen, weight loss is simply about eating clean, home-cooked food and staying active. EAAs are essential amino acids that help in muscle repair, not some magic weight loss drink. Just focus on a balanced diet and regular walks, don't waste money on unnecessary supplements.

Please be very careful with fitness supplements like EAAs; I ended up with severe digestive and liver issues after blindly following a gym trainer's advice. Everyone's body reacts differently to these concentrated powders. Please consult a proper doctor before starting any such supplement.
