Does drinking water help with weight loss?

My dietitian told me that drinking adequate water is a key part of any weight loss plan. I'm trying to reduce my weight and want to know if increasing water intake really helps in shedding those extra kilos.

I'm surviving on coffee and 4 hours of sleep, but yes, water helps. It fills up your stomach so you don't eat midnight snacks like me. Just don't expect it to melt fat while you lie on the bed all day!

Water is a pure element that cleanses your body and mind. Drinking it mindfully keeps you in harmony and prevents overeating. Take care of your health, stay positive, and let your body find its natural balance.

Don't stress yourself out with extreme diets. Just start by drinking a glass of water before your meals; it naturally keeps your portions in check and helps digestion. Take it one day at a time, you're doing fine.

Honestly, drinking water right when I get those crazy noodle cravings helps me decide if I'm actually hungry or just bored. It is a great trick to save some calories, though I still eat my pizza on weekends!

Drinking water definitely boosts your energy for workouts and helps fat metabolism. If your doctor allows, try combining 3 liters of water daily with a brisk 30-minute walk. You'll see great results in your fitness journey.
