Does cupping help weight loss?

My aunt recently tried cupping therapy, and she claims it helped her feel lighter and lose some inches. I'm trying to lose weight too. Does cupping actually help with weight loss, or is it a temporary effect?

Let's be direct: there is zero scientific evidence that cupping helps with fat loss. For real weight loss, you need a consistent calorie deficit through clean nutrition and regular strength training. Save your money for a gym membership instead.

True transformation comes from nourishing the body with pure foods and keeping a calm mind. Cupping is a physical therapy for blood flow, not a spiritual or physiological path to shedding excess weight. Take care of your mind and body.

Please be very careful. I tried cupping therapy at a local clinic hoping to lose inches, but it left me with severe skin bruising and a skin infection that took weeks to heal. Always consult a certified dermatologist or doctor before trying such procedures.

Bro, my friend actually spent his pocket money on a cupping session thinking it would give him abs, but nothing happened except some weird circular marks on his back. Save your money and just cut down on fast food!

I was researching this yesterday because a celebrity posted about it. From what I read, it only helps with blood circulation and muscle recovery, not fat burning. It seems like a marketing gimmick for weight loss.

Haan na, weight loss ke liye cupping kaise help karega? It is mostly for muscle pain and relaxation. Weight kam karne ke liye toh dieting aur exercises hi karni padegi, simple baat hai.
