Does colostrum help with weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and heard colostrum might help with that. Is it true that colostrum can actually assist in weight loss?

No, it doesn't directly help with weight loss. It is mainly for gut health and immunity.

Honestly, if colostrum actually helped with weight loss, I would be drinking it by the gallon instead of black coffee. It might fix your gut, but it won't magically burn down your belly fat while you sleep.

Some people say it helps build lean muscle, which indirectly burns fat, but there is no direct link to weight loss. You still need to maintain a calorie deficit and eat clean, whole foods to see any real change.

While colostrum can improve your metabolic health by fixing your gut lining, it isn't a weight loss supplement. Don't buy it expecting to lose weight. Stick to a balanced diet and regular exercise for that.

There are claims that growth factors in colostrum aid fat metabolism, but clinical evidence supporting it for weight loss is very limited. It is best to consult a clinical nutritionist or doctor before starting it for weight management.

Over the years, I have seen so many health trends come and go. Colostrum is wonderful for building strength and recovery, but it is not a weight loss shortcut. Real health comes from simple food and walking daily.
